“our”). We value your trust and take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy
describes how AquaticLog, operated by Lonnex Inc (the
“Developer” as listed on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store), collects, uses, shares, and
safeguards your information. By accessing or using the AquaticLog app or website, you agree to the
practices outlined here.
This Privacy Policy is always accessible in:
- Our Apple App Store listing (via the “Privacy Policy” link),
- Our Google Play Store listing (via the “Privacy Policy” link),
- Within the AquaticLog mobile application (under “Settings”),
- On our website at https://www.aquaticlog.com/privacy.
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify
you by posting an announcement in the app and updating this page’s “Last Updated” date.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide
- Registration and Profile: We collect personally identifiable information, such
as your username, email address, and password, which you submit when creating an account or
updating your user profile.
- Optional Profile Fields: You can optionally add details about your first name, last name,
aquariums, location, or other profile information. If you choose to provide this information, it may be
visible to other users.
- Aquarium Data: When you use AquaticLog, you may provide information about your
aquariums, including measurements, water parameters, inhabitants, feeding schedules, dosing schedules,
maintenance logs, water changes, diary entries, reminders, and equipment/products used.
- User-Generated Content: You may upload photos, videos, write blog posts, post comments,
write product reviews, and create marketplace listings for coral frags. This content may be visible to
other users and may appear in public areas of the app and website (such as Featured Photos, Explore pages,
activity feeds, and marketplace listings).
- Marketplace and Transaction Data: If you use our coral frag marketplace to buy or sell
items, we collect information about your listings, inquiries, and transactions. When you make a purchase
or subscribe to membership features, we collect billing information.
- Communications: We collect information when you contact our support team, send messages
through the app, subscribe to email notifications, or interact with our communications. We may send you
transactional emails (account notifications, purchase confirmations) and, with your consent, marketing emails.
App Usage and Device Data
- Log and Usage Data: We log aggregated data about how you interact with our
website and/or app. This includes IP address, browser type, device information (e.g., OS
version), referral URLs, pages visited, and session frequency.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies or similar technologies to

browser settings, but some features of AquaticLog may not function properly if you do.
Payment Information
When you purchase a membership or make a transaction through our marketplace, we collect payment information.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors who are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not directly
store your full credit card details on our servers. However, we may retain transaction records, billing
addresses, and payment metadata for accounting, tax compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

We use analytics services to understand how users interact with AquaticLog. These services may collect
device data, usage patterns, and session information in aggregate form. We do not share personally
identifiable information (e.g., your name or email) with analytics providers.

added, photos uploaded, or marketplace listings). This information is shared with other users to create a

login credentials, and personalize your experience.
- Multi-Platform Access: You can access your data interchangeably on multiple devices and platforms,
such as iPhone, Android and aquaticlog.com website.
- Providing and Improving the Service: To operate, maintain, and enhance features
of our platform, including aquarium tracking, measurement logging, marketplace functionality, and
community features.
- Processing Transactions: To process payments, manage subscriptions, facilitate
marketplace transactions, and maintain transaction records for accounting and tax purposes.
- Communications with You: To respond to your inquiries, support requests, or
comments. To send transactional emails (account notifications, purchase confirmations, password resets).
To send marketing emails about new features, promotions, or community updates (you may opt out at any time).
- Community Features: To display your public content (photos, blog posts, reviews,
marketplace listings) to other users, and to enable real-time activity feeds and social features.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor and analyze usage patterns to
prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, payment disputes, or other prohibited activities.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, subpoenas, court orders, or
other valid legal processes, and to enforce or apply our Terms of Service or other agreements.

- With Other Users: Your public profile information, aquarium photos, blog posts,
comments, product reviews, marketplace listings, and activity on public feeds may be visible to other
AquaticLog users and, in some cases, to visitors who are not logged in.
- Payment Processors: When you make a purchase or subscribe to membership features,
we share necessary payment information with our third-party payment processors to complete the transaction.
These processors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for payment processing.
- Service Providers: We may share limited information with trusted third-party service
providers who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you (such as
hosting providers, email service providers, or customer support tools). These providers are contractually
obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time by invoking "Delete Account"
feature available on the website as well as both iPhone and Android app. Upon invocation, we will delete or
anonymize your personal data so that you cannot be identified, unless we are legally allowed or
required to maintain certain data (for example, to comply with legal obligations or resolve
disputes).
5. Security Measures
We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and
physical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration,
or misuse. These measures include:
- Secure Hosting: We store your account data on secure servers with encryption
protocols and security controls.
- Password Protection: User passwords are hashed and stored securely. We require
passwords of sufficient complexity, and we strongly encourage you to use a unique password and keep
it confidential.

- Access Controls: Only authorized AquaticLog personnel who need access to perform
specific job duties are granted access to user data. Administrative access is logged and monitored.

AquaticLog is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your
child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@aquaticlog.com and we will delete that
information from our systems.
7. Advertisements and External Links
- Ads: We do not currently display third-party advertising on AquaticLog.
- Links: Our website or app may link to external sites (such as product manufacturers,
research sources, or social media). We do not control the privacy practices of those sites; please
review their privacy policies separately.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
All Users
- Access and Update: You can access and update your account information, profile details,
and aquarium data at any time through the app or website settings.
- Delete Account: You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account"
feature available in the app and on the website. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal
data, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.
- Email Preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe"
link in any marketing email or by updating your email preferences in your account settings. Note that you
will still receive transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations or password reset emails).
- Content Control: You can delete photos, videos, blog posts, comments, and marketplace
listings you have created at any time through the app or website.

By using AquaticLog, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers. We take appropriate measures to ensure
that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with this Privacy Policy
and applicable data protection laws.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, we process your data based on one or more of the
following legal grounds:
- Performance of a contract (to provide you with the services you requested)
- Legitimate interests (to improve our services, prevent fraud, and ensure security)
